Dog Licences

As per the Animal Regulation and Control Bylaw, all dogs are required to be licensed within the City of Nelson.

License fees are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.  Fees are as follows:

• Dogs spayed or neutered: $30.00/year
• Dogs not spayed or neutered $70.00/year

Dog owners in Nelson can purchase their licence online through Docupet, or in person at City Hall.
