Please look below at the two options for ticket payment. One option is for tickets prior to moving to the new payment system, and the other is for the new ticket payment system. You can also appeal your ticket online under the new ticket payment system.

Appeals must be received online, or in writing on a Bylaw Notice Dispute Form (PDF) dropped off at City Hall at 310 Ward St. in Nelson, BC within 14 calendar days of ticket issuance. If no appeal has been received after 14 calendar days, the ticket will be treated as not disputed and no reduction of fine amount will occur. Fines that remain unpaid after 14 calendar days of ticket issuance may result in a summons issued to appear in court, or may be turned over to a third party for collection.
