New NPD Police Constable sworn in!

EmptyName 6Mr. Alain Therrien became police constable #85 on March 11, 2016, after being sworn in by Provincial Court Judge Philip Seagram. Constable Therrien replaces one of the three officers who have retired or resigned in the past six weeks from the Nelson Police Department.

Constable Therrien joins the Nelson Police Department after serving the past four years with the Stl’atl’imx Tribal Police Service.  Alain was born and raised in Saskatchewan and comes from a French/Metis background.
