On May 7 and 8th, Nelson Hydro will be blocking the streets of Latimer, Mill and others (see red areas on map below) to ensure the safe delivery of a large and heavy piece of equipment (the E-House) for the Mill Street Substation.

Parking will be restricted along the streets outlined in red below to ensure safety of the public, staff and contractors as the E-House (pictured below) is equivalent in size to a small house and delivery will be overseen by a professional contractor.

Any vehicles parked in the areas outlined in red below after 3pm on May 7th and during the day of May 8th could be towed.
